Mary King

Another portrait of King William, Mary King's late eventer. They represented Great Britain in many prestigious events, notably winning Badmintion, the European Championships and coming so close to a medal at the Olympics. An unlucky but, expected faulty showjumping round dropping them down. Mary described William as her 'Rolls Royce', he was a lovely ride across country, bold yet safe, and a gorgeous dressage horse. His only weak point was showjumping, after he won badminton the tension in the air really affected him, and then on whenever the atmosphere was tense, he would stiffen up and send rails flying. He was a lovely jumper at home, but often couldn't keep it together in competitons.

All in all, a gorgeous animal!

I'm not 100% happy with the porportions and it dosen't look JUST like him but I still like it. It was suprisingly hard to find a decent photo of him, most were too small.
